What the role is

You will play an integral part in the planning and leasing of commercial facilities within NParks.

What you will be working on

The job will require you to work with various stakeholders as well as marketing agents to secure tenants in the parks and spaces managed by NParks, and manage tenancy-related matters. You will be responsible for the positioning of portfolios under your care to ensure synergy with the branding of the parks and spaces as well as determining the tenant mix for your assigned portfolios. As part of your responsibilities, you are also expected to work with stakeholders to develop good-fit businesses to inject vibrancy and visitorship of the parks and spaces, and work on marketing initiatives to increase business footfall to tenant establishments.

What we are looking for

  • Preferably with more than 3 years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Property Leasing and/or Marketing
  • Good team player with strong leasing and properties management skills and business development capabilities
  • Possess good written and oral communications skills
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to work on weekends and after office hours
