As a member of HDB’s Strategic Communications & Engagement Group, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for engaging various stakeholders through outreach programmes and platforms to promote understanding of HDB’s policies and programmes.

Depending on your experience and suitability, you will be involved in one or more of the following: • Developing and executing youth outreach programmes to create greater awareness, understanding and appreciation of Singapore’s public housing policies amongst our future homeowners. This includes collaborating with educational institutions and relevant government agencies • Planning and organising corporate visit programmes for foreign dignitaries and delegations, to share Singapore’s experience in the provision of public housing and to support Singapore’s international relations • Managing HDB’s visitor galleries, including conceptualising new visitor experiences and driving the review of the content to ensure resonance with HDB’s stakeholders

We are looking for a dynamic communications professional with experience in stakeholder engagement and who can tailor communications and engagement plans to promote understanding and advance support for HDB policies and programmes to different stakeholder groups. You should possess an excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates must enjoy working with diverse groups of stakeholders and should be creative, resourceful, and have strong project management skills. You should also have a keen interest in current and international affairs, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail. Candidates with experience in working across Government agencies on public engagement opportunities, helming youth-related engagement projects and/or curating content for gallery/museums that cater to different stakeholders would be preferred. Successful applicants will be offered 1-year contract for a start. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
