What the role is

Project title: Policy Research and Stakeholder Engagement on Flexible Work and Female Employment The Workplace Policy and Strategy Division (WPSD) in MOM develops policies covering a wide spectrum of issues to address the needs of the changing workforce and foster a more inclusive workplace. The intern will be involved in conducting policy research and landscape scans, working with employers on innovative projects, and developing policy recommendations to promote and support flexible work and female employment.

What you will be working on

1. Study the policy and strategies of various countries regarding flexible work and female employment, identify relevant learning points, and evaluate the feasibility of adopting these learning points in Singapore. 2. Work closely with employers in their prototype development to identify barriers and enablers for successful implementation. 3. Work closely with relevant agencies to identify barriers and enablers for these policies and strategies
