As a member of the MND Digitalisation Office and Data Analytics Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving automation and data analytics initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with HR and various corporate teams, leveraging technologies such as UiPath, Python, and workflow systems to automate tasks, cleanse data, and develop tailored solutions for stakeholders. Your contributions will directly support MND's digitalisation efforts in the area of HR, providing exposure to cutting-edge technologies and their practical applications in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with HR and various corporate teams to create UiPath scripts for automating tasks, such as logging into systems and extracting required reports. • Conduct data operations, including automated checks on offline Excel files to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, such as incomplete records for departed employees without indicated inactive reasons. • Engage proactively with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and develop tailored solutions using Python, UiPath, and workflow systems. • Develop Python scripts to cleanse data, with the output structured for email notifications to prompt HR colleagues for data updates or for integration with Tableau for visualization purposes. • Support the day-to-day execution of UiPath automation and Python scripts, including independent debugging and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements: • Proficiency in UiPath for creating automation scripts. • Strong data operations skills, including the ability to autonomously identify and resolve data inconsistencies. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficient in Python scripting for data cleansing and automation tasks. • Familiarity with Tableau or PowerBI or other similar data visualisation tools. • Demonstrated ability to independently debug and troubleshoot automation scripts. The successful candidate will be employed on a 1-year contract.
