What the role is

Project title: Expand and scale implementation of process automation solutions and chatbots to improve officer productivity. Assist in scaling low-code GovTech automation and GenAI solutions in MOM's Work Pass Division by collaborating with operations teams to create innovative workflows, process improvements and chatbots. This will involve close partnership with our technology solution providers and GovTech.

What you will be working on

a) Build understanding of the suite of Govtech's ready-to-use GenAI and automation solutions (Like AiBots, Plumber) through developing engaging presentations, infographics and communications. b) Expand onboarding of identified Forms and processes to automate workflows, and build and test chatbots using custom documents. c) Explore last mile implementation of innovative workflow and process improvement initiatives - Establish connections with systems through webhooks and API to ensure seamless and integrated processing experience. d) Collaborate with other interns to explore opportunities to scale ongoing efforts and evaluate potential use for AI Agents in our processes.

What we are looking for

Strong interest and appreciation of the GenAI wave, understanding its potential and possibilities across various use cases. Proficiency in coding and familiarity with low code and no code automation tools. Ability to effectively communicate with users, and take a systems view across different intitiatives to explore synergies. An experimentative mindset, being meticulous - pay attention to details while keeping in mind the big picture. Flair for developing engaging communication materials, and experience in team-based work will be an advantage.
