What the role is
We are seeking a proactive, organised Manager/Senior Manager to support our Planning team in the following:
What you will be working on
- Assist in the review of our Enterprise Risk Management Framework, reporting on Enterprise Risk matters to senior management, and development of Enterprise Risk Indicators for the organisation
- Assist in preparing updates and reports to senior management and ministry counterparts
- Support the team in coordinating key Board and senior management meetings and retreats
- Support the team in driving change management efforts across the organisation
- Assist with general matters such as the procurement of small value purchases for corporate meals and staff welfare
What we are looking for
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a public sector planning function is preferred but not required
- Possess good writing and critical thinking skills, and comfortable with drafting reports, slides and submissions
- Possess good project management skills
- Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, and comfortable in giving presentations
- Able to work independently or as a team player
