What the role is

1. You will formulate, implement, and plan the engagement and onboarding of merchants for the CDC Vouchers Scheme.

2. You will work closely with Agencies, Community Partners, and/or Grassroots Organisations to monitor and coordinate the programme.

What you will be working on

As Outreach Manager, you will assist in the following :

1. Leadership
a. Assist the Senior Manager to lead a team of CDC Ambassadors
b. Assist the Senior Manager in managing the performance, professional development, welfare and morale of the CDC Ambassadors

2. Merchant Engagement
a. Work closely with the Senior Manager to engage the COs and community partners to engage, onboard and support merchants and hawkers such as handle payments related matters
b. Coordinate meetings for merchants and community partners e.g. grassroots and merchants’/hawkers’ associations
c. Build rapport with the merchants and hawkers through consistent engagement
d. Gather human interest stories

3. Community Engagement
a. Work closely with Government Agencies and community partners such as merchants/ hawkers associations, schools.

4. Reporting and Analysis
a. Analyse the report to assess the performance vs KPIs and propose strategies for onboarding.

5. Managing Enquiries/Feedback
a. Handle referrals/queries from residents, merchants and other stakeholders
b. Follow up on technical/operational issue with stakeholders
c. Gather feedback

6. Communications
a. Assist the Senior Manager in publicity of the CDC vouchers scheme through the gathering and featuring of Human interest stories of residents and merchants on their experience and any other suitable platforms and channels.

7. Others
a. Handle other initiatives under CDC Vouchers Scheme including event launches and other duties as assigned by your supervisor
b. Involved in on-going workstreams, organising committees, meetings with government agencies, CPD and CDCs as required by your supervisor
