What the role is
What you will be working on
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth payment operations
- Perform procurement administrative work such as raising small value purchases or purchase order requests
- Handle general administrative duties such as meeting scheduling, anonymisation of research samples
What we are looking for
- A team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous with keen attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Experience in Workday is preferred
