What you will be working on
You will be involved in the following:
a) Review and implement career development strategies and initiatives for all Court Administrators to build a high performing workforce that is ready for the future.
b) Develop, manage and implement talent development strategies to enhance the capabilities, maximise the potential of high-performing individuals and to prepare them for their future roles.
c) Plan and facilitate the execution of succession planning of key appointments for Court Administrators across the Judiciary to ensure a healthy succession pipeline.
d) Provide support in the management of establishment headcount matters under the Manpower Management Framework which includes the reporting of manpower statistics e.g. surveys.
e) Participate in projects using data modelling and analytic techniques to support manpower decisions, guide strategic decisions and facilitate HR Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives.
f) Participate in job redesign to ensure a future-ready workforce. This also includes working closely with other departments to communicate and implement HR Strategic Workforce Planning within the organisation.
g) Provide support for organisational staff structure review, job grading and job evaluation.
h) Review and assess HR processes and initiate relevant changes and process improvements.
What we are looking for
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in talent development, strategic workforce planning, transformation-related work and/or HR data analytics.
• Familiarity with HR policies and practices in the Public Service is an advantage.
• Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Meticulous, organised, with a keen eye to details.
• Able to multi-task and work within stipulated timelines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Team player, strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work well independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and preferably in Power BI and Power Automate.
