What the role is
What you will be working on
The work scope includes appraisal of building performance, structural health monitoring periodic structural inspection and façade inspection. You will be involved in the policy and operational matters relating to the maintenance of HDB properties including providing technical solutions for engineering and maintenance feedback, as well as the management of post-construction and improvement works in HDB estates.
What we are looking for
You should possess a relevant background in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. You should have experience in design and site management, able to work independently, and ability to analyse problems and develop creative and viable solutions.
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
