Your role is
As a Manager/Assistant Director of the Internal Audit Division, you play a key role in promoting effective internal controls and good corporate governance in the operations and activities in the Judiciary. You will also manage the outsourced internal audits and provide support to the Audit Committee.

What you will be working on
You will be part of a team to
• Develop engagement plan and scope for business process premised on risk based audit plan assignment;
• Review adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls systems;
• Prepare audit reports highlighting areas of risk or deficiency and recommendations for improvement;
• Manage assigned projects effectively to ensure completion within expected timeline/costs/budget; and
• Be a proactive consultant and provide value-added advisory work on internal control, governance and risks management matters as part of all assigned project deliveries.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a team member with the following
Work Experience and Competencies
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in performing internal audits
• Possess knowledge or experience in advisory work or internal audit work on internal controls, root causes analysis and risk assessment
• Possess good writing and presentation skills
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)) would be an advantage.

• Able to multi-task
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving skills
