What the role is
You will be part of a team to drive manpower planning and budgeting, job sizing, performance management and compensation to attract qualified candidates to join MDDI’s Information Group and retain existing officers. You will also undertake projects in other areas of HR as part of your career development.
What you will be working on
These will require you to:
• Support the annual performance management and ranking exercise
• Review existing pay levels to ensure market competitiveness and implement the changes
• Manage bonus programmes and administer payments
• Evaluate new jobs to determine appropriate job sizes and review existing ones
• Provide support to HR business partners and line managers on matters related to manpower, performance management and compensation
What we are looking for
• Background in Human Resource, Business or other relevant disciplines
• Relevant work experience in performance management, salary benchmarking, designing salary structures and bonus plans
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Conversant using advance Microsoft Excel
