Project title: AI Solutions Development for Operational Enhancement - Customer Service Enquiries This project aims to explore and enhance operational efficiency through AI research and implementation opportunities. The intern will analyze customer enquiry patterns from our CRM system, identify potential areas for automation, and propose AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows.

1. Analyze CRM data to identify common enquiry patterns and pain points 2. Research and propose AI solutions for process automation 3. Develop proof-of-concept for chatbot implementation 4. Create documentation for process improvements 5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational requirements 6. Assist in testing and implementing automated solutions

1. Currently pursuing Computer Science, Data Science, or related degree 2. Programming skills in Python 3. Knowledge of NLP and machine learning frameworks will be a plus
