Project title: Shaping user-centred policies and services at the Ministry of Manpower
As part of the Behavioural Insights & Design and Design: Tech & Experiences units in Co-Lab, you will work with departments to:
- Review their programmes and processes by applying behavioural insights (BI) and design thinking (DT) methods; and/or
- Raise adoption of digital tools (e.g. ready AI tools)

What the role is
What you will be working on
As a key team member, you will:
- Conduct desktop research or literature reviews
- Engage in user research (e.g. workshops, in-depth interviews, user observations, focus group discussions)
- Synthesise research results into actionable insights
- Create design artifacts (e.g. user journey maps, service blueprints)
- Design interventions and develop prototypes (digital and/or physical) to address user problems
- Conduct user testing and run randomised controlled trials
- Present proposals and research findings to stakeholders
- Assist in running training workshops to upskill other MOM officers in the use of BI and DT methods.
What we are looking for
-Understanding of user-centred design principles and behavioural science concepts
-Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
-Ability to think creatively and analytically
-Strong communication and presentation skills
