What the role is

Project title: Development of AI chatbot to assist in addressing queries relating to data policy. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to develop an AI-powered chatbot specialising in data policy queries for MOM Data Portal and One-Stop Security Portal.

What you will be working on

- Assist in developing and training an AI chatbot using natural language processing (NLP) techniques - Write and refine conversation flows and response patterns - Conduct testing and quality assurance of the chatbot's responses - Document the development process and maintain technical documentation - Collaborate with team members to improve the chatbot's accuracy and effectiveness

What we are looking for

- Basic understanding of AI/ML concept and natural language processing - interest in public sector technology and governance
