Senior Technical Executive (Electrical)

Under the Engineer's supervision, you will design electrical installation systems utilising ArchiCAD, Revit and AutoCAD software. Your primary duties include developing Building Information Modelling (BIM) drawings that comply with industry standards, client requirement and project execution plans. Working within multi-disciplinary teams, you will coordinate electrical systems integration with other building services, perform clash detection, and ensure model accuracy. You will generate quantity take-offs and schedules from BIM models whilst ensuring compliance with relevant codes and project specifications. Additionally, you will maintain office filing systems, handle BIM documentation for Singapore regulatory submissions, and undertake other project-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

You should possess a background in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry, holding a certificate from BCA BIM Modelling course or equivalent, demonstrating proficiency in ArchiCAD, Revit and AutoCAD, along with a thorough understanding of Singapore BCA BIM guidelines, authority submissions, local electrical systems code requirements, and experience in electrical systems design and drawing preparation. You should have good multitasking and time management skills, be able to take ownership and responsibility for your own work.
