What the role is

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual who is resourceful and collaborative to join the CEA Corporate Development team.

What you will be working on

The role encompasses the following key responsibilities: Procurement • Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including the preparation of GeBIZ documents, evaluation of procurement submissions and management of the GeBIZ system and related contracts administrative fees. • Provide guidance on procurement matters to divisions and share best procurement practices at organisation-wide platforms. • Maintain and align internal procurement processes and controls with Government Instruction Manuals and internal policies. • Ensure proper procurement documentation, including monitoring procurement approvals, contract expiry dates and tracking procurement related risk indicators. • Liaise with internal and external auditors on procurement related audits. Office Management • Manage the office renovation project, monitor timelines and budgets and coordinate with contractors and consultants. • Oversee daily office maintenance and coordinate with term contractors for regular maintenance. • Manage facility maintenance leases and contracts, energy consumption and utilities. • Manage security systems and handle facility related emergencies. You may be involved in any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.

What we are looking for

• Good understanding of Government procurement processes and office management practices. • Meticulous with good numerical and data analysis skills. • Good writing and communication skills. • Positive and self-motivated. • Able to multi-task and work independently as well as in teams in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge and experience with GeBIZ, NFS@Gov and/or Fi@Gov will be advantageous.
