You will lead the digital transformation to revolutionise A&F’s finance and administrative operations through: • Developing AI capabilities and implementing automation solutions across financial operations, security administration, records management, and internal publications • Creating AI-powered systems, including chatbots and AI assistants, to handle A&F's SOP and guideline queries • Establishing predictive analytics capabilities to enhance resource allocation and financial forecasting • Automating report generation and trend analysis • Managing complete project lifecycles from requirements gathering to implementation • Developing documentation, training materials, and ensuring knowledge transfer

Requirements • Experience in technology adoption or digital transformation • Knowledge of AI concepts and development lifecycle • Understanding of Gen AI, Robotic Process Automation, and technical terminology • Proficiency in MS Office applications and data analytics software (e.g., Tableau) • Strong communication skills • Project and stakeholder management experience • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
