What the role is
We are seeking a dynamic Systems Analyst to join our Information Systems Applications Department. In this dual role as Project Manager and Business Analyst, you will spearhead the operations, development and enhancement of our carpark management systems while working closely with the Car Park department to optimise their business processes and digital services.
What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project management of carpark management systems, including operations, development of business cases and project execution
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose innovative digital solutions
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions
• Oversee system maintenance and enhancement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with IT management policies, quality standards, and security guidelines
• Drive process improvements through digital transformation
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Infrastructure Engineers, and vendors to deliver secure and user-friendly solutions
Technical Environment
• Technologies: Spring, Hibernate, Bootstrap, jQuery, Oracle
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in IT systems operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven track record in project delivery
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
Added Advantage with Qualifications
• Professional certifications (CITPM, COMIT, PMP, or Certified ScrumMaster)
• Experience with Agile development and DevOps
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies
• Knowledge of carpark management systems
