You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme

You will oversee records management strategy by: • Developing and implementing strategic policies on record management and aligning the record retention plan of data and records in SPF ICT systems with standards in the Government Instruction Manual (IM) • Implementing data governance frameworks for ICT systems and creating sustainable strategies for long-term information lifecycle management • Conducting records appraisal and implementing IM self-assessment • Driving the adoption of emerging technologies in records management • Providing training and ensuring compliance across SPF units

Requirements • Field of studies in business administration, management, finance or related field • 2-3 years of relevant experience with proven track record in project delivery • Proficiency in MS Office applications and data analytics software (e.g., Tableau) • Strong communication skills • Project and stakeholder management experience • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Short-listed candidates will be notified within two weeks after the closing date of applications.
