What the role is

Applications for the Ministry of Finance (MOF) Winter Internship Programme are now open. As an MOF intern, you will gain valuable insights and contribute to projects that support national policy-making and shape the everyday lives of Singaporeans. Interns are required to commit at least 4-5 weeks between 8 Dec 2025 – 11 Jan 2026. MOF's Government Procurement Function Office Directorate is looking for undergraduates to undertake the following project(s). Note: You are welcome to apply for internships/projects with different MOF Directorates if the topics suit your interest and experience. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to indicate your preferred project(s) prior to the selection interview. Applications close 31 Aug. What you will be working on

Project #1: Digital Marketing & Content Development for P3 Recruitment Campaign The intern will play a vital role in enhancing our recruitment marketing efforts for the Procurement Professional Programme (P3) through various digital channels. You will be working on: 1. Develop written and visual content for marketing platforms including LinkedIn and programme webpage 2. Design marketing materials and templates to support recruitment initiatives 3. Contribute to recruitment marketing research and strategy development Support the recruitment outreach

What we are looking for

1. Studying in HR, Business, Digital Media, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related-fields. 2. Have interest in social media content creation 3. Familiar with design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Capcut) 4. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills 5. Ability to work independently
