Applications for the Ministry of Finance (MOF) Winter Internship Programme are now open. As an MOF intern, you will gain valuable insights and contribute to projects that support national policy-making and shape the everyday lives of Singaporeans. Interns are required to commit at least 4-5 weeks between 8 Dec 2025 – 11 Jan 2026. MOF's Tax Policy Directorate is looking for undergraduates to undertake the following project(s). Note: You are welcome to apply for internships/projects with different MOF Directorates if the topics suit your interest and experience. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to indicate your preferred project(s) prior to the selection interview. Applications close 31 Aug. Project #1: Analysis of anti-abuse provisions and other treaty provisions Conduct and compile desktop research on specific treaty provisions (e.g. anti-abuse provisions, fees for technical services provisions) in other jurisdictions’ Avoidance of Double Taxation Agreements (DTAs), and assess their prevalence and the potential policy implications on Singapore’s DTA network.
