What the role is
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient temporary executive to provide administrative support. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing data and maintaining records through various information technology systems.
What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage FormSG applications on a daily basis
• Upload and maintain accurate data from applications into Excel spreadsheets
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of applications
• Consolidate information from various stakeholders into comprehensive reports
• Create and optimise templates using Microsoft Office applications for efficient data handling
• Maintain systematic records and assist in data management
• Provide general administrative support as required
What we are looking for
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in data entry and management preferred

• Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Excellent team player with good collaborative skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Initiative to improve existing processes and workflows
• Meticulous with good analytical skills
