What you will be working on

Role & Responsibilities: • Lead administrator of MOE SwimSafer 2.0 and support Remediation Programmes FY2025 administration and coordination for MOE Student participants. • Lead IT specialist for the extension of SportSG and GovTech Salesforce-FileSG transition system integration and development till March 2026. • Manage the SwimSafer 2.0 Instructor and Assessor Renewal Administration and Course coordination with partner NSA Singapore Aquatics (SAQ) FY2025. • Project Morpho and Ascend system integration planning for SwimSafer Service Provider as well as Coaches certification, schemes and passes. • Supporting the team on all service providers, instructors and assessors knowledge management, data tracking or analytics including SwimSafer participant and assessment statistics.

What we are looking for

Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and programming (VBA). • Experience in programme development / management, preferably in the area of sports / physical activity and/or swimming/aquatics. • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and service relationships with partners/stakeholders. • Ability to influence, analytical & problem-solving ability, strategic and systemic thinking, judgement & decision-making, attention to detail. • Able to work independently.
