What the role is

Project title: Internship on partnership and engagement of key stakeholders under Tripartite Workgroup on Human Capital Capability Development The Tripartite Workgroup on Human Capital Capability Development (TWG-HC) aims to uplift human capital capabilities across Singapore's economy. The Workgroup is currently studying the development of practical tools and frameworks to help business and HR leaders measure and evaluate their workforce's economic mobility and career health. The internship provides exposure to the policymaking process, including stakeholder engagement, strategy development and research. The scope may evolve with developments, to ensure meaningful and impactful work.

What you will be working on

i. Plan and stage out key engagement timelines with different stakeholder groups ii. Develop engagement plans with key stakeholders; this may take the form of focus group discussions, pilot workshops, dialogue sessions, meal engagements, travel briefs iii. Synthesise engagement findings and develop insights to inform strategic decision-making iv. Based on engagement insights, contribute to the development of recommendations or proposals on how such frameworks could be developed, marketed and delivered such that it is meaningful and impactful to key stakeholders and their various archetypes.

What we are looking for

- Good writing and communication skills - Interested in engagement, analytical work - Ability to commit for at least 12 weeks
