What the role is

Project title: Finance Performance Evaluation The internship project aims to provide practical experience for the intern in supporting Programme Evaluation efforts within MOM.

What you will be working on

The intern will provide support in the following areas of work: - Enhance outreach initiatives to bolster proficiency in Programme Evaluation, including creating communication materials, infographics, and e-learning modules (LEARN), curating learning materials, and coordinating knowledge-sharing sessions (e.g., briefings, clinics) - Develop/maintain programme evaluation dashboard to track evaluation progress. This includes designing intuitive data visualisations and gathering user feedback to improve dashboard functionality and usefulness. - Work with RPA/AI intern to co-create solutions to improve programme evaluation within MOM (e.g. PE bot 2.0)

- Quick learning and adaptability, with strong communication skills and professional behaviour - Good organisational abilities and time management, showing initiative while maintaining attention to detail - Problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking, paired with effective teamwork skills - Technical proficiency in relevant software and willingness to learn new tools
