Project title: Design and develop dashboard(s) for Operational Analysis To design and develop dashboards for analysing key operational data from relevant data sources in our respective systems.

1. Collaborate with the CRM team on process improvements, extending from the current transformation projects to provide key stats and indicators on dashboards. 2. Create relevant documentation, such as user guide, SOP, etc. on the implementation of the dashboards.

Software / IT literacy, data analystics and visualisation techniques and tools, software programming, presentation and communication skills, etc.
