The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 12-months Full-time contract. Programme Management: • Facilitate the programme operations and ensure delivery of AFA programmes. • Create AFA Programmes seasonally on MyActiveSG+ (MASG+). • Compile attendance of AFA participants for the quarterly report. Inventory & Venue Management: • Responsible for accountability of logistics and the team’s inventory for annual audit. • Purchase equipment necessary for the smooth execution of programmes. • Coordinate with equipment contractors to do regular equipment maintenance works. • Act as a liaison between AFA, ActiveSG and DUS venue owners to ensure that the facilities are in working conditions. Coach Management: • Gather documents and execute the recruitment process of new Assistant Coach applicants. • Attend to Assistant Coaches’ payroll enquiries. • Facilitate sending coaches to courses made available to them. Communications & Marketing: • Responsible for social media presence of AFA. • Respond to public queries on AFA generic email. • Build up AFA’s digital assets. • Reach out to a greater number of followers on social media. • Create / Maintain a Library of quality images to use for social media posts. Ad-hoc matters: • Assist Academy Principal with other ad-hoc assignments, such as secretariat work and documenting meeting minutes.

Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • Education qualification in sports development, physical education and/or sports management/sciences is advantageous. • Experience in programme development/management, preferably in the area of sports/physical activity and/or football. • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and service relationships with partners/stakeholders. • Strong team player with a passion for football. • Ability to influence, analytical & problem-solving ability, strategic and systemic thinking, judgement & decision-making, attention to detail.
