You assist in managing performance management, rewards, and administrative penalties for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) personnel.

- Manage officer ranking processes up to Senior Lieutenant Colonel (SLTC) - Administer rewards and penalties - Participate in interview boards - Review and recommend guidelines - Handle sensitive personnel matters - Ensure policy compliance Challenge(s) - Maintaining impartiality and confidentiality - Handling sensitive personnel matters
