What the role is
What you will be working on
- Oversee user research activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Translate findings into actionable UX strategies and projects to enhance digital Operating Support Information Technology (OSIT) systems
- Guide UX designers on wireframes and prototypes to ensure that the OSIT systems designed will meet user requirements
- Provide management with recommendations and periodic reports on UX improvements to OSIT systems across the organisation
Challenge(s)
- Addressing the diverse needs to users while balancing technical and operational constraints across various domains
- Staying up to date with evolving technology trends and applying them meaningfully to UX enhancements within IT systems and services
What we are looking for
- Education in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and/or related professional qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working in the IT industry as a manager (or equivalent role) in a technical or engineering setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
