What you will be working on
- Develop and execute deployment and training plans
- Implement and administer HR initiatives and processes
- Liaise with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) on administration of courses
- Guide and advise stakeholders on HR matters
- Contribute to digitalising and automating HR processes.

- Responding swiftly to changing scenarios and being flexible in tackling unexpected challenges
- Working with multiple stakeholders, and balancing their interests with organisational needs
- Enhancing service delivery to provide a positive onboarding experience and career journey for the NS population
- Liaising with all levels of management
What we are looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and engagement skills
- Good critical thinking, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle large volumes of data
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
