As part of IMDA's Digital Readiness Cluster, you will play a crucial role in the Digital for Life (DfL) Programme Office in the partnerships team. This initiative galvanises the 3P network to empower citizens of all ages and backgrounds to embrace digital technologies with confidence and enthusiasm.

What you will be working on

Strategic Development & Programme Management

  • Partner with various stakeholders of the Digital Readiness Cluster and leadership to develop and implement DfL initiatives aligned with strategic priorities
  • Integrate and synchronise operations across Digital Readiness business units
  • Execute the tracking of partners’ collaboration efforts, workflows, and adhere to SOPs
  • Leverage CRM analytics to track and develop data-driven insights for partnership strategies
  • Work with Communications team to ensure press/media releases are supported with timely information and approvals by partners

Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Acquire and maintain a strong network of partners supporting the movement, through constant engagements and fostering aligned goals for social impact
  • Design and execute integrated 3P partnership initiatives to foster a vibrant, digitally inclusive Singapore, including driving collaboration with ecosystem partners to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead strategic engagements to expand in the breadth, depth and content of the movement
  • Source and negotiate for organisations to donate to the DfL Fund

Event Management

  • Organise and oversee the annual DfL Festival - a flagship event that engages the 3P sectors and community, and DfL Partners’ Appreciation event.
  • Design measurement frameworks to track event success metrics and ROI
  • Work with partners to plan and execute their showcases end-to-end at the DfL Festival
  • Develop comprehensive event strategies including:
    • Curating engaging programme content and activities that align with DfL objectives
    • Managing end-to-end logistics, budgeting, and resource allocation
    • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and partners
    • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure timely execution of marketing and publicity campaigns to drive participation
    • Work with the event organiser to implement risk management and contingency planning, ensuring safety and smooth execution of all events
  • Build and maintain relationships with key sponsors, partners, and community leaders to ensure strong participation, support and achieve good survey satisfaction outcomes
  • Conduct post-event analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement and strategic recommendations for future editions

What we are looking for

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Background in Marketing, Communications, Arts & Social Sciences, Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Marketing, Events/ Programme Management or Outreach initiatives
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and partnership development
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication, with strong negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion with robust follow-through
  • Strong understanding of digital technology trends and online safety landscape
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Proactive self-starter with strong initiative, meticulous attention to detail, positive and energetic approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience

  • Track record of successful management of multiple partners across different industries/sectors, with good dynamics in cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
  • Event / Programme management background and expertise
  • Experience in digital inclusion initiatives or community engagement programmes
