What the role is

You will be a part of the Marketing & Branding Team which develops and implements cross-cutting campaigns for the MOT Family to raise understanding, appreciation and pride in Singapore’s Transport story and systems. What you will be working on

a) Develop and execute integrated marketing plans including above-the-line, below-the-line and always-on presence - and on-ground activations – to augment the comms & engagement efforts of our Statutory Board & partners towards greater understanding, pride and appreciation for Singapore’s Transport Story and Systems b) Support team members in engaging internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration in formulating marketing strategies to achieve MOT Family’s strategic communication & engagement outcomes, anchoring the strategy formulation on data and insights c) Ensure timely delivery of quality and innovative campaigns for the targeted audience d) Track metrics, ensuring brand recognition and awareness of marketing initiatives are optimised among target audience e) Ensure cost effectiveness, timely and prudent budget utilisation, achievement of campaign deliverables and improvement in marketing ROI f) Monitor, evaluate and report campaign performance, providing analytical and strategic assessments g) Track campaign-related social media activations and suggest timely interventions where needed h) Manage MOT’s website uploads & content i) Perform administrative duties including procurement, budget monitoring, financial duties, business review of agencies/vendors, etc.

About Ministry of Transport

The Mission of Ministry of Transport is to develop Singapore's land, sea and air transport sectors so as to enhance our economic competitiveness and quality of life in a knowledge-based economy. MOT oversees the development and regulation of the following sectors: • Civil Aviation and Air Transport • Maritime and Ports • Land Transport Besides providing an efficient and cost-effective transportation in Singapore, it also strives to make Singapore an international civil aviation and maritime centre for the region. The ministry sets the strategic and policy direction while operations and regulatory works are carried out by the statutory boards under its charge. There are four statutory boards which are established by Acts of Parliament: the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), the Land Transport Authority (LTA), the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and the Public Transport Council (PTC). The ministry also oversees the operation of the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB).
