Your responsibilities include: • Conceptualising ways to grow volunteerism and sense of care especially at the town level, by synthesising trend data, local data and stakeholder feedback. This involves working closely with MCCY’s appointed SG Cares Volunteer Centres to build a strong and stable SG Cares Volunteer Centre eco-system. • Developing medium-term strategies and plans to grow town-based volunteerism and working with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and pilot programmes and initiatives that can be replicated across different towns. • Identifying and working with strategic partners who can help grow the volunteerism and philanthropy ecosystem.
