What the role is
As a member of the Corporate Development team, you will be involved in the daily HR Operations and provide administrative support in human resource functions such as facilitating staff movements (including on/off boarding), declarations, external activities, awards, leave, medical claims matters and digitalisation efforts. You will also work closely with the relevant stakeholders, such as HR Business Partners, to address staff requests.
What we are looking for
• Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in handling human resource functions in the Public Sector
• Familiar with HR system, proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable working with IT systems
• Good interpersonal skills and able to relate to staff at all levels
• Good communication and writing skills
• Meticulous and able to multi-task within tight timelines
