What the role is
What you will be working on
You should be a self-starter who is resourceful and creative, with a passion to teach, engage students to facilitate learning such as experiential/action learning, research/industrial projects, field trips etc. You should have a strong network in the industry and be professionally engaged to undertake curriculum review and development work.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Teach optometry-related subjects and perform clinical supervision.
Develop, review and update curriculum materials to reflect current industry standards and best practices.
Engage in collaborative projects with industry partners.
What we are looking for
A good degree in Optometry and registered with the Singapore Optometrists and Optician Board (OOB) with at least 3 years of post-registration work experience.
Experience in clinical supervision and teaching experience are desirable.
