What the role is

You will assist in tree management work, landscaping and related projects.

What you will be working on

An integral part of the job entails carrying out tree inspection and tree management work to ensure the health and structural stability of trees. You will have the opportunity to learn and use modern tree inspection devices. You will also be involved in landscape design, implementation and maintenance, which include working with contractors to oversee operations such as planting, pruning, and removal of trees, shrubs and turf. You are also required to attend to greenery-related public feedback and proactively share our City-in-Nature initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • Someone who appreciates greenery, enjoys outdoor work, and has a keen interest in landscape design and maintenance

  • Area of study in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Design or Landscape Management an advantage

  • Strong interest in the flora of Singapore, especially trees and their care

  • Effective team player

Successful candidates will be offered an 11-month employment contract. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
