What the role is

As a Corporate Research Analyst (Grant Management) in the Research and Management Information Division, you will support: (i) the Science of Learning (SoL) Grant Office to formulate and operationalise policies and processes related to the RIE2025 Human Potential research programme; and (ii) the Corporate Research Office in carrying out the education research policies functions.

What you will be working on

• Support the SoL grant office in the administration of SoL grant calls (1 per year), set priorities for each cycle, and evaluate proposals • Engage Human Potential Scientific Advisory Board and SoL International Expert Panel comprising world-renowned researchers in neuroscience, cognitive science, technology, early childhood and maternal health and wellbeing • Provide secretariat support for senior management meetings and organise engagement events to drive MOE’s education research strategy, including the development and review of the MOE-wide research agenda • Manage a portfolio of research projects, including monitoring research deliverables and progress, as well as managing their performance This is an individual contributor role. What we are looking for

• A meticulous and resourceful individual with the ability to work well independently as well as in a team • Strong numeracy and quantitative analysis skills • Strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Strong stakeholders’ engagement skills • Prior experience in grants/ research management or research would be an advantage In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
