What the role is

As a Senior/Lead Digital Solutions Manager in the English Language and Literature Branch (ELLB) of the Curriculum Planning and Development Division 2 (CPDD2), the officer will lead the development of educational technology (EdTech) solutions to enhance teaching and learning. The primary focus will be overseeing the development of EdTech solutions for Literacy Support teachers, while supporting the integration of EdTech across the literacy support programmes. This role combines project management expertise with EdTech knowledge to drive impactful digital initiatives in curriculum development.

What you will be working on

• Oversee end-to-end management of projects which encompasses timeline planning, resource allocation, driving project milestones and deliverables, and interdivisional collaboration and coordination • Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, by gathering feedback from schools to ensure the EdTech solutions effectively address user needs and enhance teaching practices • Lead user acceptance testing initiatives and implement structured feedback collection systems from teachers, and work closely with various stakeholders to iterate and enhance the EdTech solution’s features and user interface based on user insights • Drive project success through meticulous monitoring of progress, budget utilisation, and quality assurance, including the delivery of regular status updates to senior management and key stakeholders • Support broader EdTech initiatives by evaluating and implementing EdTech solutions that enhance existing literacy support programmes, ensuring seamless integration with programme implementation

What we are looking for

• 4 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering EdTech solutions • Strong interest in how EdTech can enhance literacy support and teaching practices • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, particularly in gathering and translating user requirements into technical specifications • Strong technical project management capabilities, including experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and working with development teams to deliver user-centric solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders from school leaders and teachers to technical teams and senior management • Experience in data-driven decision making and analytics, with the ability to translate user feedback into actionable improvements for digital solutions • Prior experience in government digital projects and/ or education sector would be an advantage In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
