Project and Vendor Management • Manage different phases of project which includes budget paper approval, requirements gathering, environment setup, testing, migration, implementation and maintenance etc • Manage vendor relationships to ensure business objectives are met • Manage contracts and service level agreements to ensure system is properly maintained • Monitor and control project budgets, including forecasting and utilisation tracking System Maintenance and Compliance • Manage system maintenance, enhancements and audits. • Ensure system is regularly updated to comply with the latest governance policies and implement necessary measures to ensure compliance with GovTech and MHA policies. Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide technical advice and solutions • Collaborate with HTX stakeholders for budget paper approval, crafting of technical specifications, consult subject matter experts and oversee procurement processes • Regular project updates to management

• Minimum 3-5 years in ICT project management • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent disciplines. • Experience in full system development life cycle (SDLC) and system maintenance • Proficient in project management – Certification in PMP is preferred • Experience in government project and Instruction Manual 8 (IM) preferred. • Strong written and communication skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
