As a Project Officer supporting infrastructure development, you will contribute to the transformation of our driving test centres through the implementation of new technologies and modern facilities. Working closely with the Testing & Licensing Officer, you will support critical projects that shape the future of driver testing in Singapore. You will report to the Testing & Licensing Officer and be responsible for: • Supporting the implementation of the Intelligent Driving Circuit (IDC) and Next-Generation Driving Centres (NGDC) • Assisting in coordination with government agencies (URA, SLA, LTA, HTX) on land use and development matters • Managing project documentation and tracking critical milestones • Supporting stakeholder engagement and communication • Handling land lease matters and development requirements • Assisting in operational readiness and transition planning • Supporting risk assessment and mitigation activities

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our infrastructure transformation projects. REQUIREMENTS Essential: • Strong organisational and documentation skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives Advantageous: • Project Management certification • Experience in infrastructure or construction projects • Knowledge of government procurement processes • Background in stakeholder management Short-listed candidates will be notified within two weeks after the closing date for applications.
