What the role is
What you will be working on
1. Assist with project management for BOA digitalisation project.
- Work with IT partners/vendors to implement solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes and solutions.
- Identify automation opportunities; propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer from IT partners/vendors to BOA upon implementation of IT solutions, including documentation and training.
2. Support BOA business and administrative operations.
Test business processes and recommend improvements.
Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform business decisions.
Communicate findings, recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.
Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes and solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimisation efforts.
What we are looking for
Education and Experience
Candidates should possess relevant experience as a business analyst or related role. Those with knowledge in Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields would be advantageous. Professional certifications (e.g. CBAP) would be a plus.
Skills
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge in data analysis tools and AI applications.
Communication and interpersonal abilities.
