What the role is
What you will be working on
As the Manager/Senior Manager, you will develop and review enforcement approaches to preserve the integrity of the work pass framework and ensure that foreign manpower in Singapore is properly managed. You will work closely with FMMD line branches and other MOM departments to identify the enforcement implications associated with various foreign manpower policies and develop suitable approaches to enforce these policies. You will drive initiatives to support the division’s enforcement priorities and improve enforcement effectiveness. You are also required to examine data to identify, analyse and interpret enforcement related trends and patterns. You will have opportunities to present proposals at various platforms, drive the implementation, as well as participate in cross department/division projects.
What we are looking for
You should have the following qualities:
- Relevant experience in policy, planning and/or enforcement will be an advantage
- Possessed tertiary qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in data-analytics knowledge and data visualization such as Tableau, Power BI preferred
- Good written, presentation and communication skills
