What the role is

You are responsible for the identification, development and enhancement of training frameworks and structures for Strategic Communication (SC) practitioners. These established structures and frameworks will address the strategic communications needs for operational requirements.

What you will be working on

- Design training frameworks - Develop competency structures - Coordinate with stakeholders - Identify training requirements - Enhance practitioner capabilities - Monitor industry trends - Support capability development Challenge(s) - Keeping abreast of the latest industry training trends and efforts, especially on the Whole-of-Government (WoG) front for Public Service officers

What we are looking for

- Education in Communications is preferred - Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills - Strong command of spoken and written English (Applicants with no experience may apply.) Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
