You are responsible to use data science and analytics solutions to enhance safety outcomes in the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN). You gather operational requirements from internal stakeholders, lead pilot projects and collaborate with external agencies such as Whole-of-Government digital leads and institutes of Higher Learning.

What we are looking for
- Education in Mathematics, Statistics, Computing or Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence related work is preferred
- Strong understanding of data analytics principles
- Proficiency in data visualisation software
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable safety recommendations
- Familiarity in advanced statistical methods
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qliksense and Power BI
- Strong leadership skill
- Excellent communication skills
