What the role is

You lead psychological analysis of SAF's internal audience, conducting research and sentiment analysis to support organisational understanding and intervention development.

What you will be working on

- Conduct target audience analysis - Lead fast-cycle event sensing - Manage long-cycle research projects - Develop sentiment capabilities - Coordinate telephone polls and surveys - Facilitate focus group studies - Collaborate with command networks - Explore new sensing tools - Develop professional expertise in psychological methodologies and statistical techniques Challenge(s) - Staying abreast of the complex operational landscape, diverse cultures and policies - Identifying sentiment trends and developing appropriate interventions for the SAF - Exploring new tools and platforms to assess their suitability for sensing and analysis of the internal tribe

What we are looking for

- Education in Psychology - At least 3 years of experience in the conduct, development and delivery of sensing and analysis systems and experience of exploring areas of communications or organisational psychology research and produced applied research - Strong analytical and research skills Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
