We are seeking a resourceful and proactive individual who is passionate about supporting our national athletes to maximise their sporting potential, through long-term policy and planning and developing strong partnerships with government stakeholders.
You can expect a fulfilling experience with ample opportunities to work with public sector leaders, as well as public and private stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
What you will be working on
You will work closely with Sport Singapore and other stakeholders to review policies and programmes for the high-performance sport (HPS) ecosystem. These include strategies to make sports a viable career for current and aspiring athletes; to deepen capabilities in areas such as sport science and medicine; and to maximise our athletes’ sporting potential through greater integration of support and facilities.
You will be involved in strategic work which includes analysing trends, formulating policies and execution plans, building capabilities in the sporting ecosystem, resource allocation, and driving projects and negotiations.
What we are looking for
Work Experience and Knowledge
a. At least 3 years of working experience preferred.
b. Candidates with background or has a strong interest in public policy will be an advantage.

Demonstrated the following competencies:
a. Connect issues with larger system and identify inter-dependencies across issues/ domains/ agencies
b. Distil critical issues and sense-make from a wide range of information, recommending effective policy solutions
c. Crystallise core issues via clear and concise writing
Behaviour Traits
a. Proactive, resourceful, versatile and meticulous.
b. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
c. Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
