What the role is
What you will be working on
• Support the development and implementation of HR communication plans by assisting with digital content creation, including drafting posters, infographics, and multimedia materials for internal communications and employee engagement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist with researching and exploring the latest digital communication tools and trends to enhance HR communication effectiveness, including drafting communication materials and HR marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reorganise the HR internal communication platforms.
What we are looking for
- Background in Mass Communications/Communications/Marketing/Design
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Canva AI, and/or other graphic design software will be advantageous
