What the role is
As a member of the secretariat team, you will be involved in managing the policies and operations of the Healthcare Professional Boards in regulating healthcare professionals.
What you will be working on
1. Support in reviewing the processes and policies for supervisory framework
2. Support in the management of the supervisory framework for the healthcare professional
3. Pairing of eligible supervisors to the healthcare professionals
4. Processing of assessment reports for / healthcare professionals
5. Monitoring and reviewing of healthcare professional’s performance
6. Support in audit administration of private healthcare institutions as Learning Institution
7. Staffing of Board/Council and professional committee meetings, as well as administrative support to the Boards/Councils.
8. Handling of enquiries
9. Any other duties as directed by supervisor
What we are looking for
1. Tertiary qualifications
2. Experience in regulatory/policy work or operations/administration work would be an advantage
3. Possess good writing and communication skills
4. Possess good critical thinking and information analysis skills
5. Meticulous and confident
6. Able to work independently as well as in a team
7. Able to multi-task with good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
8. Self-motivated and positive working attitude
9. IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
