What the role is

When assigned with a case, you shall conduct a thorough investigation based on the procedures prescribed under the relevant legislations and in accordance with the directives of the instructing committees.

What you will be working on

As part of the investigation process, you may be required to perform the followings: • Conduct clinic visits and perform seizure, when required • Ensure proper custody and records of exhibits seized • Analyse clinical notes and other relevant documents • Conduct investigative interviews with the relevant parties • Ensure that the stipulated investigative timelines are strictly adhered to • Submit investigation reports based on findings to the Board / Instruction Committees • Maintain investigation files in accordance with records management requirement. In addition to the above, you may also be called upon to provide testimonies at Disciplinary Committee / Tribunal inquiries or to undertake any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

What we are looking for

• Experience in investigation or enforcement work • Excellent command in spoken and written English • Meticulous and able to work both independently and as a team • Ability to multi-task and work under tight timeline • Proficient in IT skills, with the ability to understand and apply available technology solution to advance process efficiency, will be an added advantage • Possess high standards of professionalism, personal disciplinary and integrity
